My hair is falling out in handfuls since they colored it. This was my first time to the salon! I went back to them and they argued with me and questioned me that it was a health issue after I explained to them that it was not. The manager was rude and intimidating rather than offering a solution to help fix the problem. At that point I asked for a refund because it was obvious they had no solution or at the very least not offering me one but rather blame me for the issue they created. They said the owner would call me. Never heard a word but they were happy to cancel my appointment via text that I had made when I first came to them. So unprofessional! This service cost me $288 and I am left with my hair falling out in clumps and no attempt to rectify it!! My hair is ruined!!!
