FedEx Hold for Pickup allows you to request packages to be held at a FedEx location. Once redirected, you can pick up packages on your schedule at locations that are convenient to where you work or live.
If a shipment requires, either an indirect, direct or adult signature, and a delivery attempt is made, but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a door tag at the recipient's door. If no signature is required, the shipment will be left at the recipient's door.
Can I collect my parcel from the local depot? Yes, if you're not home when your parcel is delivered the courier company will leave a non-delivery card with details of where to go to collect your parcel; along with a contact number should you have any questions.
If a delivery requires a signature or if the package cannot be left at your home, we may deliver your package to a nearby secure location for pickup, such as your local FedEx Office or Walgreens store.

If you still can't find your package, please visit Customer Support and submit the query ""My package says it's delivered, but it's not here"" in the 'Your Virtual Support Assistant' box on the top center of the page. Follow the steps to open a case with customer service to investigate your delivery.
If you got a message that says we'll deliver your package by end of day, your package should arrive before 8 p.m. when FedEx usually stops delivering. To get an estimated delivery time for your package, you can enter your tracking number (or other identifying reference number) into the tracking tool.

How can I request a redelivery? In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper. In case a courier is unable to leave your package, the courier will try to call you to check your availability and attempt the delivery.
You should receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup. If you submitted a hold at location request, your package will be at the store you specified. If you missed a delivery, check the door tag from your driver.
