Y/N:Last time on Naruto:The Prodigy, after three months in training in the hidden cloud village Y/N returned to Konoha encountering his father Toji on the way. He then reunited with Team 7 against a new threat led by the formidable Gaara of the sand. He and Naruto then arrived at the Hyuga compound where they caught up to Hanabi and Hinata. While leaving Y/N was challenged to a battle by one of his most formidable rivals Neji.
Neji and Y/N then smiled at each other as Y/N jumped down to the training ground.
They then both gave each other a bow of respect as they smiled at each other before doing battle stances.
(You can choose who's who afterall you are the main character)
Y/N then unsheathed his sword as he rushed at Neji and twisted while slashing.
Neji then blocked most of the slashing however he sustained a cut on his left cheek.
Neji:A sword? I never thought you'd use one. *activates byakugan*
Neji:It also has so much chakra inside it. I guess it must be special.
Y/N then smiled as he stared at Neji with his sharingan activated.
Y/N:Thanks but having a sharingan and heavenly restriction does help.
Neji:I'm surprised you're still that agile that x shaped scar on your chest should slow you down even with a heavenly restriction.
Y/N then threw his sword in the air which slid into his sheath. He jumped in the air and aimed for a kick to Neji's head.
Y/N:My sharingan predicts that he's going to use a gale palm. When I ascend I'll use discharge.
Just like the sharingan predicted Neji launched Y/N into the air as he charged his lightning chakra into his hands.
Neji then got electrocuted as he got sent to the wall but he soon recovered and threw dust at Y/N's eyes.
Y/N:I can't see. Wait I can.
Y/N then stomped his feet on the ground as he connected his chakra network to the earth.
Y/N:There.
As Neji tried to use a gentle fist attack Y/N then blocked him as he sent him twisting barely above the ground.
Y/N then opened his eyes as he deactivated his Sharingan and flooded them with curse energy.
Y/N:Yes I can see everything so much clearer. Tikan:Time Break!
The time and space around Y/N's fist bended and became distorted. The fist then broke time itself speeding up the impact time and hit Neji.
Neji then bounced across every surface in the room as he looked up at Y/N with a bloody face.
Neji:Not so bad. *wipes of blood*
Neji then used air slash jutsu on Y/N cutting him up as he soon healed all the wounds with growing sapling.
While he was still healing Neji then used some elegant gentle fist attacks that closed down most of his tenkettsu points.
Y/N:You may have disabled most of my chakra but I still have cursed energy. Tikan:Stop!
As time froze Y/N recovered most of his chakra as he punched up and kicked Neji. He clapped his hand to resume time as Neji bounced back.
(Naruto POV)
Hinata:Wow Y/N seems to be moving more flow like. As if he's a stream of water or current of electricity.
Hanabi:Yeah he did train in the hidden cloud.
Naruto:I'm not trying to insinuate anything but there builds are different. They also like to make music and they also eat um different foods. So maybe that's why Y/N is so strong now.
Hanabi:Isn't that villagist.
(Sasuke POV)
Sasuke:Just like that Sakura.
Sakura:Thank you Sasuke. I really am trying my hardest. *while taking gasps of air*
Sasuke:It makes sense from what Y/N has told me water is easier to pick up than earth. This is pretty advanced since you mostly make jutsu from chakra but sometimes if you're skilled enough you can manipulate the element itself.
Sakura:Yeah I've heard about it but doesn't it take much chakra control.
Sasuke:It does but that's why I know you'll get it down. Just flow your chakra through the water and see what happens.
As Sakura breathed in and out she started to focus more as the water in the river started to swirl around her.
Sasuke:You did it! Now you're a waterben- I mean water style user.
Sakura:Thanks Sasuke.
Sasuke:Well I guess we can now move onto genjutsu. What do you think of when I mention genjutsu.
Sakura:Well from what I've heard about from Kurenai-sensei's books genjutsu is like a weaker watered down domain expansion. So maybe I can push out my chakra and make an area of sakura flowers.
Sasuke:Yeah just try spreading your chakra through the area.
(Y/N POV)
Y/N:Can't lie if I can't finish this fight soon I might have to start trying.
As Neji started to attack Y/N more he fell down to the ground and spun his kicked enhanced with fire release.
Neji then staggered back as he sent a stream of water at Y/N as he fell back and stared at Neji.
Y/N:Blue Fire Technique:Flamethrower!
Neji then released an air blast to spread the fire to the sides of the room.
Y/N:I have a lot of destructive capability so I better not add that much force against these attacks.
Y/N then rushed at Neji as he released an onslaught of attacks with his heavenly restricted body.
Neji then retorted by co*cking his head back and head butting Y/N as he fell back and stared at Neji. They both rushed at each other while being surrounded by their chakra.
(In this fic people have specific cursed energy and chakra colours)
Neji then attempted to go for another wind style attack that Y/N desperately stared at as smoke filled the area.
Naruto, Hinata and Hanabi:He lost.
Neji:Well I guess I won this ti-
The smoke then cleared to show Y/N's hair flowing as he stood with a stretched out right hand. He stared at Neji, jougan activated as the karma seal infected his body.
Y/N:Neji come on now. You know that attack wasn't gonna stop me.
Y/N then took a running stance as he started pulse his feet back and forth. Back and forth and back and forth.
Y/N then smiled as lightning chakra pulsed through him. He then stared at Neji with his electric blue eyes.
Y/N:Sorry Neji but. I. WIN!
As Y/N rushed at Neji and hit him with a powerful lightning tackle he bounced across the floor with a smile on his face.
Neji:Well I lost.
Y/N:It was fun fighting you but at the end of the day. I am better.
