I declined to select the loan due to the conditions and had been approved in a timely fashion. My rep afterward became very stubborn, offering to rates that were reduced and offered to waive his fee of $495. All the terms changed After I finally consented. A $495 commission was billed and payments were higher than the purposed discount. Once the loan funded, I was charged an additional $300 fee. Overall, I feel like I had been misled and taken advantage of. I regret doing business with SBG.
